When modifying contacts from an existing call list, you will be prompted to erase and replace any existing call list. This procedure ensures an accurate progression in order of your priority call list as we contact your members during an alarm activation. For these changes to take effect, a Priority One Security team member will contact you to verify requests before changes take effect.
