Brian Few
Brian’s journey began in 2001 when he joined our team as an assistant to our lead technicians. He was always very driven to learn more. It didn’t take long for Brian to become a Lead Technician himself. He learned the products and was actively gaining certifications. Today Brian leads Residential & Commercial technicians and manages all of installations.
Patrick Berry
After years of cultivating his skills as a field technician and assisting customers, Patrick had a calling to join the Priority One team. In 2004 Patrick accepted a position in our Customer Service department where he excelled in advance troubleshooting and providing exceptional service to client issues. Patrick was instrumental in developing a Technical Support group for our Customer Care Center. From a supervisor, Patrick worked his way into a leadership role, where he was promoted to our Customer Service Manager. Patrick is always working to be the best version of himself and finds accomplishment in coaching up team members in the P1S Service First philosophy.
Alex Perez
Alex joined our team in 2018 as an Inside Sales associate. Although new to the industry, he was a natural fit from the very beginning. After a couple of years in this position, Alex decided he wanted to advance his career. He inquired about a sale position opening where we gladly offered him the position. Today Alex is one of our team leaders. Not only is he a great ambassador of Priority One Security, he is a top producer and has increased his HH income!

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our Customer Service team is here to provide that 24hr anytime support. They consist of professionally trained CSR, in-house technical support, in-the-field Technicians, and supervisors that are dedicated to serve when problems arise.
