Is there a charge to activate an existing Priority One Security system?
Depending on the age of the system, typically there are no charges; however older system platforms that have been end-of-life by technology advancements may require new hardware to meet today’s compatibilities.
Can I upgrade an existing Priority One Security system that's already in my home?
Yes, you can upgrade your system with the latest smart security features including smart communicators, video alarm services, smart home devices including locks, lights, garage door control, with automation controls.
Is a monitoring contract required?
Yes, for our Central Monitoring Station to provide 24 hour monitoring and emergency dispatch services for one of our Priority One Security alarm systems, a monitoring agreement is necessary.
